    • Direct Sales Executives, on engagement will be paid monthly remuneration, which will be entirely performance based. An amount of Rs. 25,000/- per month will be payable on achieving the business parameters, as prescribed in the Scheme. However, the same can be higher or lower, depending upon the business performance. There is no upper limit to earn the remuneration based on performance.
